All information submitted for this survey is considered confidential and will only be used in summary or aggregated form in the promotion of craft training in the construction industry. Identification of individual or company respondents will be strictly confidential.
Federal laws and many state laws prohibit contracts, combinations or conspiracies in restraint of trade and unfair competition.
NCCER will not condone, by any means, the entering into or suggestion of entering into any arrangements or understandings that restrain trade or competition, or by any collusive acts that can be interpreted as seeking such ends, such as, agreements to fix wages or prices.
It is the policy of the NCCER, and it is the responsibility of every member company, to comply in all respects with federal and State antitrust laws. No activity or discussion at any of the NCCER’s meetings or other functions, may be engaged in for the purpose of bringing about any understanding or agreement among members to (a) raise, lower, or stabilize prices; (b) regulate production; (c) allocate markets; (d) encourage boycotts; (e) foster unfair or deceptive trade practices; (f) assist monopolization, or (g) in any way violate federal or State antitrust laws. NCCER will neither permit nor condone anti-competitive behavior, whether willful or inadvertent, in connection with any NCCER activity.
