Flood and Stormwater Questionnaire

Many North Attleborough community members in the Ten Mile River area have faced flooding at home, work, or on roads. To address this, North Attleborough is conducting a watershed study to explore flood mitigation solutions for the area between Whiting’s and Falls Pond. To view a map of the study area, click here: Study Area. We need to know when and where flooding occurs to create effective solutions.

Your property may be in a flood-prone area, or in a “Special Flood Hazard Area” as identified by FEMA. You can help by sharing your property's flood history through the attached questionnaire.

Your responses will be summarized (without specific addresses) and used to inform the study. Completing the questionnaire and taking flood protection steps are voluntary but essential for developing locally effective flood mitigation solutions.

To request a paper questionnaire with mailing instructions and to send photos or video of the flooding at your location, please send an email to:
info@nafloodstudy.com

You will also have the opportunity to upload photos and video at the end of the questionnaire.

Your input is valuable and much appreciated.
