This Focus Group will center on exploring tools and resources that can address racism in the perioperative workplace, reduce bias, and promote a more inclusive environment.
Your feedback will play a critical role in shaping future AORN initiatives, resources, and educational offerings aimed at supporting a culture of belonging and respect in healthcare settings.
