STEM and Neurodivergence: Lived Experiences from Lab Professionals |
1. Introduction and Consent Form
HERA laboratory planners is conducting a preliminary 10 minute online questionnaire, asking about the lived experience of neurodivergent people who work in laboratory environments. Laboratories are often designed with the science first in mind and have had a history of not being human-centered. We want to change that, and the best way to start, is for us to hear from your lived experience as a neurodivergent person! Your lived experience makes you an expert on the subject!
This survey is being run by Rachel Updegrove, a laboratory planner and neurodivergent person (autistic, ADHD, OCD). If you have any questions or want to know more information, please reach out to her at rachelu@herainc.com.
