As the UK workforce becomes increasingly diverse in terms of age, it's essential that we develop recruitment policies to attract candidates from all generations. In doing this, companies will create a dynamic and inclusive environment that leverages the strengths of all employees.

This research aims to identify best practices to do just that, building an inclusive recruitment process that resonates with the unique preferences of Baby Boomers, Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z.
