Visit SLO CAL -
Visit SLO CAL is the non-profit countywide destination marketing and management organization for SLO CAL (San Luis Obispo County). Visit SLO CAL is funded by 1.5% assessment of lodging properties.
Visit Morro Bay -
Visit Morro Bay provides marketing and sales promotion efforts for assessed lodging businesses to overnight visitors. Funded by 3% assessment of lodging properties. (Excluding RV properties.)

Morro Bay Chamber of Commerce -
The Morro Bay Chamber empowers business through connection, advocacy, and education. They hold monthly networking events, educational seminars, and topical forums designed to foster an informed and successful business culture. They advocate for pro-business policies to ensure a thriving local economy. The Chamber is committed to promoting a diverse economy of opportunity for Morro Bay in partnership with a business-friendly local government.
Morro Bay in Bloom -
Morro Bay in Bloom is part of a national volunteer movement called America in Bloom that promotes beautification through education and community involvement by planting and caring for flowers, plants, trees, and other environmental and lifestyle enhancements—including cultural heritage. Morro Bay in Bloom volunteers meet on Saturday mornings to beautify the waterfront and downtown areas.
City of Morro Bay Public Works Department -
Public Works is committed to enhancing the quality of life for City's residents and businesses by developing and maintaining the City's infrastructure in a safe and environmentally sensitive manner. They maintain a safe and reliable water delivery system including waste water collection and treatment, safe and accessible street and pavement management systems, trees, sidewalks and public restrooms.
Morro Bay does not currently have a Business Improvement District, or BID, in place.

BID's are popular for downtowns and other commercial hubs. Business owners and landlords often appreciate BIDs because they provide localized marketing, events, sanitation, aesthetic improvements and business promotion not typically covered by tourism promotion (TBID), Chamber of Commerce, or city services.

BIDs are funded by a self assessment of business owners and/or landlords and managed by a Board of Directors in partnership with the city.
