Thank you for taking the time to answer a few questions about your travel patterns to, from and on base. This survey is intended to assist in the Moody Air Force Base transportation study. The general purpose of the study is to assess current transportation conditions and identify the short and long-term transportation needs for the base. All answers are anonymous.
Please be as detailed as possible with your answers when applicable. The survey will ask questions about 3 trip types:
1. Traveling to base at the beginning of your day, shift, or activity
2. Traveling from base at the end of your day, shift, or activity
3. Traveling for lunch purposes
