PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We greatly appreciate your interest in Monarch butterflies. This survey form will inform you of and allow you to work through the requirements for obtaining monarch butterfly tags. Tagging butterflies is part of a citizen science research effort, and requires permitting through the California Department of Fish and Wildlife.
In order to request tags you will be required to:
1) Have experience tagging or sampling for O.e. (if you need experience please check back later - we are still building the training web site!).
2) Submit this request form in its entirety.

In order to participate in the citizen science research (tags are distributed solely for that purpose) you will be required to:
