The City of Milwaukee is developing a Pilot Adaptive Bike Program to improve access to cycling and bike share so residents and visitors of all abilities can realize the mobility benefits that cycling provides.

- Determine what type of user experience you would prefer
Your feedback is crucial to ensuring the program is equitable, sustainable, and successful! We appreciate you taking the time to participate.
The survey includes 10 main questions and 5 optional questions. It should take about 10 to 15 minutes to complete.
