Welcome to the PULSE market survey on perceptions and confidence around gender pay gaps that Strategic Pay is conducting on behalf of the Ministry for Women.

Purpose of the survey

The insights gained from this survey will help the Ministry for Women to understand business confidence in gender pay gap calculations and help improve support resources.

Some helpful information about the survey:
  • It is preferred that one person per organisation responds to the survey. Preferably the HR Manager or equivalent.
  • Please forward the survey invitation on, if someone else in your organisation is better placed to respond.
  • Please feel free to share the survey with other contacts, as this survey is open to all New Zealand organisations.
  • You can skip questions that you cannot easily obtain the answer to. Questions marked with asterisks cannot be skipped.
  • Information submitted to Strategic Pay is kept confidential. No identifying details are shared with the survey sponsor or any third parties. Data reported in aggregated format for the purpose of gaining market insight.
