Introduction

The City of Ryde is introducing a Men’s Health and Wellbeing Program. This program will aim to increase social connections, reduce social isolation and provide information and activities to support good health and wellbeing.

By taking part in this survey, you will help us find out what men in our community would like to hear and learn about.

While the City of Ryde values the views and opinions of our younger residents. Due to the nature of the topics covered in this survey, we are only seeking feedback from respondents aged 18 and over.

The survey should take approximately four (4) minutes to complete and closes 11:59pm on Sunday 15 December 2024.

Your feedback will help shape this initiative.

Information and/or feedback provided to Council in correspondence (including responses to forms and surveys) may be made publicly available, in accordance with the Government Information Public Access Act (GIPA Act) 2009. Any written feedback provided may also be made publicly available as is (verbatim comments) in the reporting process.
