Please provide detailed answers to the application questions. All applications will be reviewed by the TLMI Scholarship Committee. This scholarship is for the 2024-2025 academic year and does not renew; however, you may apply again next year. This award, if offered, may be withdrawn for any of the following reasons:

1. Your company is not current on TLMI dues
2. You are no longer enrolled as a student
3. You are no longer working for a TLMI member company

4. You are no longer a full-time employee
