The City of Vaughan is undertaking a road safety review for Martin Grove Road, between Highway 7 and Highway 27, as part of the Corridor Reviews.

Thank you to everyone who participated in the first online survey in the spring. More than 260 residents provided feedback to help us determine appropriate and effective strategies and actions to address traffic and road safety priorities (such as speeding, traffic infiltration, and pedestrian and cyclist safety) in the area. The review will be used to generate an implementation plan consisting of short- and long-term actions. The City has retained an independent consultant to undertake this work, ensuring an unbiased assessment.

Based on the first survey findings and technical analysis completed by the project team, initial recommendations have been identified for the ongoing improvement of traffic flow and road safety along Martin Grove Road. The City is now in Phase 2 of community engagement, and the purpose of this survey is to share the initial recommendations and collect your feedback to help prioritize and refine the approach.

The Phase 2 survey is open until Tuesday, Oct. 1 at 11:59 p.m. and will take approximately 10 to 20 minutes to complete. Alternatives to completing the survey online are available, including by telephone or paper copy. If you require assistance or have any questions about the survey or the project, please email corridorreviews@vaughan.ca. For more information, visit vaughan.ca/CorridorReviews.
