Information about Study
1) The purpose of this study, is to retrospectively analyze the experience of those practitioners who are practicing Bhakti Yoga as prescribed by His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Srila Prabhupada*, and to see if there are trends that might be derived from the research in the medical areas, of hypertension, heart attack, depression, anxiety, and addiction, with the yogic chanting of the Mahamantra and the Panchatattva Mantra as an intervention.
This study is for adults 18 years of age and above.
2) To complete the Survey you need to answer all of the 16 questions below, clicking on the
button next to the answer that is most applicable or choosing the answer from a drop down
menu, as applicable.
3) This Survey is of no risk to you, other than that of your time(estimated 5 minutes to fill out
the survey) as it is anonymous, and considered of medium benefit to the scientific community
as it may yield some insights after the study is completed that highlight areas of possible
benefit.
