“I understand the Asset Funders Network event for which I am registering may be photographed, videotaped and/or audio recorded. As I submit the following event registration submission to attend an AFN event, I hereby consent to being the subject of photographs, videotapes and/or audio recordings of the event and hereby grant the Asset Funders Network permission and copyright ownership to the same photographs, videotapes and/or audio recordings to be exhibited, displayed or presented as still photographs, sound recordings, videos, electronic images, multimedia presentations, web pages, or any other media, in a format now known or hereafter discovered, in connection with AFN’s programs, publications, public websites, or publications. I also irrevocably authorize AFN to use and to license others to use, in connection with the Images, their name, title, and such biographical information as may be provided to AFN.
I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve any Image or to receive royalties or other compensation in connection with the use of any Image. I hereby release AFN, its employees, contractors, Board of Directors members, Steering Committee members, officers and associates as well as an assignees, from any and all claims for damages for libel, slander, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, or any other claim based in whole or in part on the use of the above described images. I agree and acknowledge that AFN is under no obligation to use any of the Images. By registering for this event, I represent that I am over the age of 18 and that I have reviewed and understand this release and agree to be bound by its terms.”
