OVERVIEW AND INSTRUCTIONS - REFERENCE COMMITTEE A

Sept 9-20: EARLY TESTIMONY
The IMA House of Delegates (HOD) Documents were posted on the IMA website on September 4. For members unable to attend HOD, IMA provides an Early Testimony Tool, which gives members an opportunity to testify in advance of the meeting. Early Testimony opens September 9, and members will have until noon (MST) on September 20 to review the proposed resolutions and testify via the Early Testimony Tool. For Reference Committee A Materials Only, CLICK HERE.

Early Testimony provides IMA members the opportunity to submit written testimony regarding all proposed resolutions. As with the in-person process, individuals can voice their support or opposition to each proposal.

How Do I Comment on a Resolution in the Early Testimony Tool?
On the following pages, you will find the title of each resolution along with the actual RESOLVED clauses that will set IMA policy or action if the resolution is adopted. The full text of resolutions can be accessed by CLICKING HERE. For each resolution you wish to testify on, simply click the statement reflecting your position, and feel free to add additional information in the comment section.

Please be sure to review the full resolutions for detailed information about each issue and the reasoning behind the policy positions being proposed.

Consideration of Early Testimony:
After the Reference Committee Hearings at the IMA House of Delegates on October 4, the Reference Committees will meet to consider all Testimony submitted in-person and via the Early Testimony Tool to develop their recommendations in the Reference Committee Report.
