Its purpose is to provide an example of an online exit interview process to be used to collect feedback from departing employees or to manually enter the answers you receive from employees into the back end of the survey tool application to compile the data.
This online tool eliminates the need for printed forms and collating and analyzing information manually. Using an online survey tool keeps a history of all feedback received from employees and can be used to determine patterns and consistent feedback. The feedback can also be used to generate a quarterly report to management.
Some departing employees will also tend to provide feedback electronically outside of an exit interview conducted by a staff member or HR. The employee can access the survey link from any location with an internet connection - even after they have left the Company.
