APRA AMCOS is delighted to present 321 Sessions, a fun and informal opportunity for WA songwriters/composers to try their hand at co-writing with fellow writers.

Held on Friday 9th June at The Hen House Studios, the 321 Sessions provides a no-pressure environment for creators to collaborate outside their comfort zones.

Come along, write new music and make new friends! Deadline for application is COB AWST Friday 19th May

We welcome artist and songwriter Abbe May to curate the sessions.

She is an ARIA, WAM, AIR, AMP winning and nominated artist, the hand-picked guitarist for Peter Garrett’s Alter Egos and a champion of the LGBTQIA+ community.  A constantly evolving artist, she has performed at a myriad of summer music festivals including Big Day Out, Meredith, and Pyramid, and supported Neneh Cherry, The Black Keys, Midnight Oil, The Motels, Art V’s Science, Tim Rogers, Adalita, Magic Dirt, Emiliana Torrini, Killing Heidi, You Am I, Peter Garrett, Bob Log III, Kim Salmon, Dave Graney and Claire Moore.

Successful 321 applicants will be personally matched with two other APRA AMCOS members artists to write in a space within the studio for two hours to try and create a new work! We'll kick off the session meeting with Abbe May who will provide some hints and tips to get you started.

We are looking for artists who have:
* Demonstrated capacity to write works;
* Interest in developing co-writing skills;
* Are open to working with others;
