The Netball Manurewa (NM) Board are presently reviewing the NM Strategic Plan.  To assist us with this review, we are asking ALL NM members to complete this short survey.  Thank you in advance for taking time to complete this survey, your voice is important to NM.

Presently NM communicates regularly with members via email, phone, website, social media, Saturday netball control room and monthly delegates meetings.  Members can also communicate directly with the NM Office via email, phone, social media, Saturday netball control room, monthly delegates meetings and in the office during office hours. 
In your opinion, are monthly Delegates meetings in season still necessary/helpful?

In the past, members of NM were responsible for completing Club/Team duties on Saturday’s in season.  This provided members with a sense of accountability for the facility upkeep, and an appreciation for the work our volunteers undertake to deliver Saturday netball through the control room.
Should Club duties be re-introduced for Saturday netball in season (ie; control room duty)?

Nationally, netball competitions are predominantly delivered by volunteers.  NM continuously seeks more volunteers to assist with ongoing delivery of netball competitions and programmes for our community.  We are considering introducing a NM dollars volunteering scheme, which would provide NM volunteers (ie; control room, umpiring, games committee etc.) with NM dollars, in exchange for their volunteering.  The NM dollars would be used for any NM activities ie; venue hire, player registration fees, umpire fees etc.
Would you consider volunteering your time to assist NM to deliver netball competitions?
