This survey is intended for Tibetan Canadians who arrived in the early 1970s in order to help us build a profile of the first Tibetans who arrived in Canada. Relatives of individuals who are unable to complete the form are encouraged to do so on their relative’s behalf to the best of their knowledge. This survey should only take 5-10 minutes to complete.
