Youth Quest 2018 Application

Thank you for your interest in the California Youth Advocacy Network's (CYAN)  Youth Quest 2018: “A Healthy Nation Starts with a Tobacco-Free California: A Healthy California Starts with a Tobacco-Free You(th).”  

This one-day event will bring together approximately 250 high school-aged youth and their adult partners to learn about social justice issues in regard to tobacco and to provide youth the opportunity to meet with their local legislators to share how youth advocates are addressing tobacco issues in their communities.

Youth Quest 2018 will take place in Sacramento, CA, on Monday, March 19th, 2018, from 8:00am - 2:00pm.

Please complete the following application by Friday, December 22, 2017. No applications will be accepted after December 22nd unless space permits.  Organizations will not be allowed to register for the event without previously submitting an application.  

CYAN will review all applications and inform organizations of the number of youth and adults they can bring to the event by January 5, 2018.  At that time, organizations can register for the event through January 26, 2018.
