Shining a light on breast screening in Aotearoa
We want to hear about your thoughts and experiences of breast screening.
This survey has been designed by Women's Health Action. Established in 1984, we are a charitable trust working to support and protect women's health and sexual and reproductive rights in Aotearoa New Zealand.
We are wanting to hear about your thoughts and experiences of breast screening (this includes if you've never been screened, or if you've undergone further treatment) in Aotearoa New Zealand. Our objectives are:
To hear and learn from whānau voice and lived experience
To understand what the barriers are to accessing breast screening
To understand how providers are doing in terms of communication and information
To gather recommendations for improving the system.
We will report on the information collected from this survey to Te Whatu Ora (Ministry of Health) and the National Screening Unit. Your data will remain anonymous and confidential.
We also have a survey on cervical screening which you can find here.
If you would like to go in the draw to win a $150 Prezzy Card, please enter your email address or phone number at the end of the survey. Your survey responses are still kept anonymous when you enter the prize draw.
