Introduction

Mansfield Shire Council has engaged Grosvenor Performance Group (Grosvenor) to conduct a review of its statutory planning services. As part of that review, we have designed this survey to learn about your views and experiences. We will use your feedback to understand the current delivery of planning services better and to inform future improvements.

Please note that this survey is concerning planning services only, including: 
  • planning permit application outcomes
  • timeliness of applications
  • communication and customer service
  • strategic planning including the facilitation of responsible growth and development in the Shire
Grosvenor will present the findings from this survey at the upcoming Public Forum (see Public Forum details here). 

The survey consists of five questions that we anticipate will take 15 minutes to complete. Clicking Next will save your progress and clicking Submit will submit your response.

All responses will be treated as anonymous and reported in aggregate themes only.

The survey will remain open until 5 PM Thursday, 25 June 2020.
