Welcome to our survey
Thank you for participating! Your feedback will help us make it easier for everyone to find their way around the hospital.

The survey will take less than 5 minutes and asks about your experience getting around the hospital, along with your thoughts on our current and proposed building names and signs. Your responses are anonymous.
To begin, we’d like to gather some general information about you.

Question Title

* 6. If you have ever needed help finding your way around the hospital or felt lost, please provide an example. What clinic or location were you trying to find?

Parts of the hospital currently have different names, such as ‘Phillip Block’ or ‘Fairfield Centre’ or 'Alfred Lane House' and 'Alfred Centre'. Patients tell us that this is confusing.

We are considering identifying locations using letters, like ‘Area A’, ‘Area B’, etc.
This might make it easier to find your way around and we want to know what you think.

Question Title

We’re also considering changing the way the signs look. The questions and images below show the current signs compared to a new look, and we want to know what you think. The colour for the proposed new signs has yet to be confirmed.
