Dear Tenant,
AECI Property Services (APS) adopts a customer centric approach to service delivery. The following survey aims to gather feedback, insights and perspectives on how our external clients perceive our approach and adherence to our core Customer Centricity principles at APS. Your insights are invaluable as it will help us better understand our current performance as well as identify areas of improvement.
The survey is based on your interactions with the Leasing and/or Utilities departments within APS. It is anonymous and results will not be shared using individual responses. It should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
