Introduction

Thank you for taking the time to answer St. Albert's Anonymous Family Climate Survey. It is important to us to understand your needs and opinions about the school. It has been more than 5 years since our last survey and a lot has changed, which is why it is so important to get your feedback. We want to ensure that our goals keep our school moving in a positive direction for everyone.
It should only take about 20 minutes to complete this survey. It includes questions about:

Please fill out one survey per household.
All your responses are anonymous. If you would like to be entered to win the $100 Visa gift card, please send an email with the subject "I completed the school survey" to schoolboard-chair@stalbert.org. Include your name, which will be entered into the raffle. The winner will be randomly selected after Thanksgiving break. Please submit your responses by November 15. The survey link will close after that date.
