The Whistler Chamber’s Secret Shopper Program is back! Set your business on the path to providing excellent service experiences by enrolling in our eight-week program this summer. Shopping will begin on July 7th and conclude on August 31st.

By registering for this program, your business will enjoy:
- Measurable, constructive feedback leading to improved service levels.
- Recognition for top performers! Top scoring businesses will be awarded with staff prizes and will be featured in Chamber social posts and local media.
- The top-scoring business will be named as a finalist for the Service Excellence Awards at this fall's Whistler Excellence Awards!

The exact dates the program will run are subject to change, but businesses will enjoy comprehensive weekly reports and scorecards that help them assess their team’s performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

The scoring criteria is based on content covered in the ABCs of Service Excellence training course. Participating businesses will have access to a 50% discount for their staff - consider enrolling your staff to equip them with the skills to achieve top marks!

* 11. If purchases are required to provide a true customer service experience for the shopper, businesses must supply shoppers with gift certificates that cover the purchase or experience for two people, including tip (when applicable).

Gift certificates should be tested and confirmed to be working by your team prior to being delivered to the Chamber office at the beginning of the program).
