At Morgan Creek Golf Course a big focus for us is the Customer Experience and creating Memorable Morgan Moments. We have lofty targets this year to provide the ultimate customer experience through our core service philosophy which is to be consistently innovative, and to be consistently innovative we need to focus on our three service values; Prepare, Engage and Celebrate.
By being recognized as someone who has created a ‘MMM’, these Team Members have performed an ultimate act for a guest or another team member, or gone out of their way for another department here at Morgan Creek Golf Course!
With that all being known the reason you are here is that you feel you witnessed or received a "Memorable Morgan Moment" and we would love to hear from you in the form of a nomination for the team member who went above and beyond.
Each month our leadership team will review all the nominations and will award our "Monthly Star" who will receive recognition on our internal communications as well as a $100 gift card.
