Visioning McGolrick |
The North Brooklyn Parks Alliance (site) is conducting this survey to better understand how people use McGolrick Park in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. It marks the beginning of a 3-year initiative, titled "The Next 100 Years of McGolrick Park," aimed at considering the future of McGolrick Park through a horticultural and environmental lens. The initiative is spearheaded by NBK Parks and supported by the Greenpoint Environmental Fund - a joint program of the Office of the New York State Attorney General and New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. Read our press release here. Your responses will help us gather data on public usership and priorities in the park, which will inform future programming and horticultural work as part of this State grant. This survey takes approximately 2 to 3 minutes to complete, and all answers are confidential. Thank you for taking the time to participate, and save the date for an in-person visioning session at the McGolrick Pavilion on November 10, 2024, from 10AM-12PM. Any questions about this survey or the initiative can be directed to Lauren Clark, McGolrick Park Horticultural Manager, at lauren@nbkparks.org.
