COACHES ONLY
This evaluation goes directly to the PYSA Referee Committee.
Only coaches have the right and responsibility to submit Referee Evaluations to the committee to evaluate individual game performances of PYSA officials.
Submission by non-coaches will be disgarded.
Parents, spectators, or bystanders do not have the right to formally evaluate any game performance by a referee. Non-coaches do have the right to file complaints based on the Referees' Code of Conduct or any non-game related matter. To do so, please contact the PYSA Referee Committee.
