I will keep 1.5 metre distance between myself and other students, keeping within the distance around my pole

I will not perform any doubles tricks or similar

I will only use one spray bottle for the practice time session

I will ensure that I properly sanistise and wipe down any equipment used, including my floor space
I have a current membership of 2 or more classes per week.

OR I have an unlimited $80 practice time pack for the term.

OR I am not a current member of 2 or more classes per week and agree to pay the hire fee of $15 per practice session.
Am aware that there is no Pole Divas instructor supervision or class instruction during practice time.

Am aware that I am training and exercising at my own risk.

I will perform an appropriate warm up and cool down of at least 10 minutes prior to and after each practice.

Agree to use the pole mat for all aerial and/or inverted pole tricks I will be practicing.

Will not instruct other students nor be instructed by other students in any way. I understand that I am not covered under any of Pole Divas insurance policies if I am instructing or assisting another person and they injure themselves.

Will remove all jewelry, not use any creams or oil on my body and will clean the poles I have used prior to leaving.

Will only use the stereo with permission from Pole Divas staff and will keep noise to a considerate level.

I take full responsibility for any damages that may take place during the time of hire for all equipment being used.
By practicing in Pole Divas studios, I agree that I am personally and unconditional assuming responsibility for any harm, damage or loss suffering by me as a consequence of my participation. To the extent permitted by law, I release, indemnify and will keep indemnified Pole Divas, its franchisees, offers, employees, servants and agents from and against any claims, rights or causes of action, including claims for negligence arising from my participation in classes. This document may be produced and relied upon as a complete defense to any such claim.
