Like many other sectors, the employment services sector is impacted by rapid advances in technology, creating new opportunities for service delivery and operational efficiencies. Service providers across the province are exploring this landscape in isolation. Kootenay Employment Services, in partnership with ASPECTBC, are collecting data from service providers on systems that are being utilized in our sector, and will be compiling this learning into a presentation delivered at the ASPECTBC conference. All participants will receive a copy of the survey results. Using data collected from the survey, we will also arrange demonstrations on systems that service providers express interest in.
