Michigan Early Learning Survey

Thank you for participating in our survey on preparing your child for early learning. This survey helps the Michigan Department of Lifelong Education, Advancement and Potential (MiLEAP) understand how parents find and use information about literacy programs in their county.

The survey takes 5-7 minutes. There are no right or wrong answers, and none of the questions should make you feel uncomfortable. Your responses will remain anonymous. You can skip questions or exit the survey at any time.

Please answer based on your child(ren) age 0-10.

After completing the survey, you can enter a drawing for a $25 Meijer gift card (or an Amazon gift card, depending on the county where you live). Your information will be kept confidential.
