MHEC OER Faculty Incentive Programs: Questionnaire January 2020

Purpose of the Questionnaire

Thank you for your interest in the Midwestern Higher Education Compact's (MHEC's) Open Educational Resources (OER) Initiative. Many people across the Midwest are creating procedures and processes to help faculty adopt, adapt, and create Open Educational Resources to use in the courses they teach. Various programs and projects exist to support faculty in these efforts. Some provide technical assistance, financial stipends, and/or release time.

This questionnaire is designed to poll OER stakeholders with regard to OER faculty incentive programs in their organizations. If you work with or know someone who works with a program designed to incentivize faculty as they take steps to embrace OER, please consider completing this survey or forwarding it to the individuals in your organization who work with such programs. The data we collect from this survey will provide ideas to others on how to structure and manage such programs at their own organizations.

Results of the survey will be shared via the MHEC OER listserver and posted to the MHEC OER web page. Completing the questionnaire will take approximately 8 minutes.
