The Trade Waste Bylaw 2018 has been serving its intended function, however is now due for its legal review as required by the Local Government Act 2002.

In reviewing this bylaw, we are proposing to retain the bylaw with only very minor changes to improve its clarity.

It is anticipated that council will make its final decision on the reviewed bylaw no later than 30 April.
