1. TITLE OF RESEARCH:
Mentorship of Early Career and Junior Faculty in the Caribbean

2. The study seeks to address a gap in the literature by determining the nature and impact of faculty mentorship activities or efforts for early career  academics who have served 3- 5 years (Instructors, Asst. Lecturers and or Lecturers) and junior faculty academics who have served 6 years and over in the same positions (Instructors, Asst. Lecturers and or Lecturers). This may include senior faculty for their history of such experiences and new faculty for their perceptions in an established higher education institution (among its campuses), within the Caribbean developing nations. Thus, the survey questions will therefore include general kinds of questions to be expected around any informal mentoring interactions with various faculty as experienced by them as a junior/early career faculty.
