Introduction

PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

Thank you for expressing interest and completing the Board and Committee Questionnaire. The ANFP Leadership Development Committee is seeking nominations for individuals interested in serving on the ANFP Board of Directors, or the Nutrition & Foodservice Education Foundation (NFEF). Volunteer board members interpret bylaws, make policy decisions, and are committed to advancing the mission of building an inclusive community of experts in foodservice management and food safety through education, advocacy, and research.

We are also recruiting members for the ANFP National Committees. If interested in becoming a candidate for one of the Boards or Committees please review the Board job descriptions, committee descriptions, and time commitments here, and select a Board or Committee you wish to apply for on the next page of this survey. You will need to have a copy of your resume to upload with your responses.

If you would like to submit multiple nominations (i.e., for yourself, and if you would like to refer another candidate as well), please complete this form separately for each nomination you are submitting. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with further instructions on the next steps to complete the process.
