Santa Cruz Consolidated Plan Community Survey

The City of Santa Cruz is developing its 2025-2030 Consolidated Plan and Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy Area. As a recipient of grant funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the City needs to hear from the public about housing and community development issues.

By filling out this survey, you can help the City understand the housing and economic problems people face and identify what it should focus on to make things better.
