This means that, as well as getting to enjoy fun events, joining our Tenant and Customer Participation Register will give you increased opportunities to take part in our decision-making processes. You can take part in these as much or as little as you'd like. From our Easter and Christmas events - to influencing how we deliver services, we aim to make sure that there is something for everyone. What kind of things can I influence?You could support us by scrutinising our services/performance of our contractors, the creation of tenant focus groups and registered tenant organisations. By taking part in these, WHHA will be able to make informed tenant-led decisions.
