2020 MDA Convention Registration is now open. Here you will register yourself and others in your group. As the primary registrant, you will be registered for the full convention package. You can register others for the full convention package, the guest/social package (welcome reception and final dinner), or child/youth final dinner only.

Registration through September 15, 2019 qualifies for the Early-Bird discount rate of $499 for Full Registration.

Convention Registration Packages:
 
-  Full Convention Registration - Early Bird - $499 (registration through 9/15/19)
  -  Full Convention Registration - Regular - $599 (registration after 9/15/19)
  -  Social/Guest Registration (Welcome Reception and Final Dinner) - $250
  -  Child/Youth Final Dinner Only (ages 3-14) - $50


Registration credentials will be required for all convention related activity entrance.

Why you should register early:
Early Registration (before September 15th) for both the Convention and the Cruise can be rewarding.  Not only will you receive discounts totaling $300 ($100 for Convention and $200 for the Cruise) but you will also be entered into drawings for a FREE CRUISE CABIN (an additional savings of $2,750) or a FREE CONVENTION REGISTRATION. 

Registering early and being one of the lucky winners means savings of $700 to $3,050! And yes - one person could win BOTH. So register now!


Payment and Loyalty Funds:
Once you have submitted the form, your total registration cost will be calculated and we will contact you for payment.  A $1500 allowance from the Loyalty Trip Fund is available to help offset convention expense.  If you have $1500 or more in your fund, you will receive a check for the full $1500.  If you have less than $1500, you will receive a check for the balance of your fund. This allocation is only available for  those attending the 2020 Convention and will be paid at the convention.

Cancellations:
Cancellations before Feb. 14, 2020 will incure a minimal fee of $100 per person.  No refunds will be made for cancellations after February 14th.

  • Convention Hotel - Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa.
  • Group hotel rate - $299/night plus applicable tax.

Cruise Reservations

Immediately following the convention, we will leave for a 5-Night, Royal Caribbean, Western Caribbean Cruise.

Cruise reservations are made through our travel partner website.  Refer the convention website (www.mda2020.com) for registration/reservations information and links.

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING CONFIRMATION:
You will not receive an automatic confirmation when you submit your registration. You will receive an email from the MDA confirming receipt at a later date. That email will provide you with confirmation of the registration and payment information.
