Upon receipt of this request, the SGO Housing Bureau will verify availability. This form must be complete, including the hotel preference and number of rooms needed per night.

Room blocks will be confirmed on a first come, first serve basis. 

The group housing deadline is Friday, January 18, 2019.

Please note that the host hotel is the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort . A resort fee of $40 (plus tax) is assessed per room. Rates do not include state or local taxes, currently 14.79%, will be added to the room rate per night.
