Mary C. Moore Public Library Plan of Service Survey

We invite you to participate by giving a voice to the direction of our library for the next three years, through our Plan of Service (strategic plan).

If you live in the City of Lacombe, or Lacombe County, we want to hear from you, our community, whether you are an active library user or not. Your opinion is a crucial component of our strategic planning process. Your input and ideas will direct our programs, collections, and services over the next few years in order to provide a library that is relevant and useful to you. We’re here to serve our entire community, so we want to hear from you!

At the end of this survey, you will be asked for your personal contact information. This information will be separated from your survey responses, ensuring your anonymity. We will be offering two prizes - $100 Coop Grocery gift card, and a $50 gift certificate from Eastside Eatery.
