Middle School Survey

The School District wants to gather some feedback on its schools from students, teachers, families, and community members. Please let us know your level or agreement or disagreement with statements below, and your comments and ratings. It should take about 5-7 minutes. We deeply appreciate your taking time to complete this. The questions are in English and Spanish, and all responses are confidential and anonymous.
