The Hawai’i Sea Grant College Program designed this survey to learn about the community's perspective on surface water quality (streams, the Ala Wai Canal, and nearshore waters) within the Ala Wai Watershed. Responses will be used to guide future actions in the watershed.

Participants will be entered in a lottery to win a $100 Kai Coffee gift card.

You do not need to reside in the Ala Wai watershed to take this survey, which should take about 10 minutes to complete. Mahalo for your participation!
