In the last ten years,  there has been an explosion in the development of new tools for digitization which has led to an enthusiastic response from scholars gaining access to digital collections, as well as the delight of archivists and librarians in showcasing their unique collections.  How has this development affected our institutions and our work? Is collaboration as important as it once was? How similar or dissimilar are current projects from those in the past?

For this reason, we have decided to launch this survey to gather information regarding the digitization of Catholic materials and the development of digital collections created by and held at US and Canadian Catholic colleges and universities, and related organizations and associations.

Survey results will be posted on the CRRA website.  For more information about the project, to be placed on a mailing list, to receive the survey results, or for questions or comments regarding the survey, please contact the project investigators:  Pat Lawton (CRRA) or Martha Loesch (Seton Hall University).

Please note that all responses will be anonymous, and only aggregate results will be shared when the results have been compiled and analyzed.

The survey should take about fifteen minutes to complete and you may start, stop, and resume at any time.

Thank you in advance for your participation.
