Welcome to the Woodside School Family Survey. This survey is sponsored jointly by the Woodside Board of Trustees and School Site Council. Survey completion should take approximately 10-15 minutes and responses will remain anonymous. We are conducting surveys of parents, students and staff. Please only complete one survey per family. Please complete this survey by Sunday, May 16th at 10pm.
The data collected will be used to improve and align the school's programs and strategies with the needs and desires of all members of the Woodside School community. We understand that not all questions will feel as relevant or applicable to this school year, but we encourage you to answer to the best of your ability.
