2016 Health Commission Lunch and Learn Registration

Welcome to the Lunch and Learn Series registration form.  You may select one, some or all of the sessions. If you register and later find that you are unable to attend, please send an email to chcamec@gmail.com or stop in at the Wellness Station or Health Commission Booth during General Conference.  This will allow us to make room for others and ensure that we have an adequate number of lunches without exceeding limited financial resources.

If you see a topic that you would like discussed is not listed, the last page will allow you to suggest it for future web-based or onsite conference learning sessions.
