Lunch and Learn - Sleep Part 2 - Spring 2020 The Education Team of the Children, Youth and Families – Addiction and Mental Health Edmonton Zone (AHS) is pleased to offer these FREE lunchtime webinars for parents and caregivers seeking more information regarding mental health issues that may affect our children and youth. In this 45 minute online session, we will continue to look at healthy sleep hygiene strategies that parents and caregivers can use to help prepare their child’s mind and body for sleep, and we will discuss ways we can set up our child’s sleep environment to promote good quality sleep.Virtual Delivery: We are pleased to offer virtual presentation delivery!
