Metro is in the process of designing a memorial at the Chinese section of Lone Fir Cemetery. We want to hear from you!

This survey includes questions on three topics:
  1. What should be included on signs and storytelling
  2. The overall design of the memorial
  3. The altar design

Additionally, at the end Metro will ask some demographic questions to learn if we are reaching a diverse range of community members with this survey.

The survey can be completed in as little as 10 minutes, although you are welcome to take more time. All questions are optional and your answers will be anonymous.
