London HIV Prevention Resident Survey
Please complete this 10-minute survey to help us better understand the HIV prevention needs, knowledge, and attitudes of Black heritage communities in London.
The London HIV Prevention Programme aims to raise awareness of HIV prevention methods. The programme wishes to address significant health inequalities faced by Black communities, who continue to be disproportionately affected by HIV and related stigma.
To participate in this survey, you must meet the following:
Be a resident of London, or work or study in London.
Identify as Black, including Black African, Black Caribbean, or Black British and mixed / multiple ethnic groups.
Be 16 years of age or older.
Please help us identify the needs of your community and contribute to shaping future HIV prevention services for Black heritage communities in London.
Once you have completed the survey, you can enter a raffle for a chance to win gift vouchers worth £25, £50, and £100.

Your responses are confidential and anonymous. PHAST collects the combined data solely for research purposes. Data will not be shared with third parties, other than the London HIV Prevention Programme, to support an HIV Needs Assessment.
